On Chavchavadze Avenue, opposite Vake Park, an elevator adapted for people with disabilities has been installed in the underground passage. Within the framework of the project, after the dismantling of the old structure, a vertical enclosed platform with a panoramic shaft and a hydraulic-type elevator was installed.

In the first stage, a new elevator has been installed on the other side of the passage, in Vake Park. The cost of installation work for both structures amounts to 110 000 GEL.

With the help of the elevators, people with disabilities can move easily and safely across both sides of Chavchavadze Avenue..
