Integration of Quality Management System in Hotline Service

"Tbilservice Group" is implementing a quality management system in its hotline service in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2015. Initiated in May of the current year, the project is set to conclude by the end of December.
The development encompasses qualitative evaluation criteria, an incoming call monitoring mechanism, an evaluation system, and a supplier control process.
Throughout the implementation, hotline service managers and operators, who have undergone diverse training, actively engage in the process with the guidance of SDC group consultants.
ISO 9001:2015, a globally recognized quality management system standard, ensures the enhancement of the hotline activities of "Tbilservice Group."
